We may collect: your name and contact details, information you provide on enquiry, booking and pre-assessment forms, clinical information necessary for your care, and limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) when you use our website.

Clinical records are retained in line with NHS retention guidance. Non-clinical contact data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
